COMPLEX BRANCHES OF LEGISLATION: PROBLEMS OF THEORY AND PRACTICE IN NATIONAL LEGAL SYSTEMS (REVIEW OF THE ROUND TABLE WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION (MINSK, MARCH 17, 2023))

The article presents an overview of the main problems updated in the reports of the participants of the round table on the topic «Problems of systematization of complex branches of legislation» at the Faculty of Law of the leading university of the Republic of Belarus. The reason for the scientific event was the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Environmental Protection». During the discussion of both theoretical and practical problems of systematization of complex branches of legislation, it became obvious that for further scientific search for answers to the questions posed, the exchange of experience formed in national legal systems on a wide range of related issues is important. The results of the discussion allow us to state: the experience of national legal systems on the systematization of complex legislation has prospects for use, provided proper scientific analysis of scientific support for this kind of legal activity. It seems to include, along with the identification of positive practices, the use of the achievements of jurisprudence of the post-non-classical period, the main marker of which is broad interdisciplinarity.
