THE CONCEPT AND FEATURES OF DIGITAL PROPERTY AS AN OBJECT OF CIVIL RIGHTS

The purpose of this study is to attempt to to define the concept and place of digital property in the system of objects of civil rights of civil rights. In the era of igitalization, it is important to have accurate understanding of the new phenomena to apply the correct legal regime for the new objects of civil rights correct legal regime for new objects of civil rights. The main method of research is the method of dialectical materialism, general scientific and special methods, such as analysis, synthesis, comparative analysis such as analysis, synthesis, comparative-legal and formal-dogmatic methods. The article analyzes the doctrinal approaches to the definition of the phenomenon under consideration and the problem of legal uncertainty of the term “digital property” is revealed uncertainty of the term «digital property». During the research the features of digital property were singled out, on their basis the definition of digital property as an object of civil rights was formulated of civil rights. The conclusion is made about the correlation of the concepts of digital right and digital property.
