LEGAL AND ETHICAL ASPECTS OF HUMAN CRYONICS IN RUSSIA

As a result of the rapid development of science and technology, new opportunities and challenges are emerging, one of them is human cryonics. Despite the potential prospects of this technology, there are a number of serious issues related to the legal and ethical aspects of human cryonics in Russia. The methodological basis of this study is the analysis of scientific literature, legislation and ethical standards. The use of qualitative and quantitative research methods made it possible to more fully highlight the problems and identify the main trends and patterns. The purpose of the study is to carry out a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the legal and ethical aspects of human cryonics in Russia. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to study the existing scientific literature and legislation in the field of cryonics, to analyze ethical norms and principles, to determine the legal status of a dead person, as well as to assess the moral consequences and social significance.
