REVIEW OF THE ALL-RUSSIAN SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE “HISTORICAL AND HISTORICAL-LEGAL KNOWLEDGE AS THE BASIS FOR CONSTRUCTING A NEW SOCIO-POLITICAL REALITY”

The article is an overview of the scientific conference, which is devoted to the history of the state and law. The purpose of the article is to show the main problems raised by the participants of the conference and the solutions that they proposed in their reports. To achieve this goal, the main ideas expressed in the speeches of the conference participants were identified and presented. The important role of historical and legal science in the construction of new historical and legal knowledge is emphasized. Such knowledge is especially in demand in the context of modern global transformations. It is inextricably linked with the patriotic and legal education of young people. The review notes the need to continue holding such scientific conferences.
