Annotation
The article formulates an assumption about the convergence of the Anglo-Saxon and continental legal systems, both at the level of the basic principles of regulatory
regulation and at the level of legislative technique. Using the example of the analysis of laws regulating labor relations, it is concluded that the legislators of Australia, New Zealand and Canada in the studied area actually adopted uniform regulations, in many respects similar to codified acts, which is the main source of law for the countries of the continental legal system. The structure of the studied normative acts indicates that they are complex, containing not only the norms of labor law, but also the norms of procedural law, as well as the norms of administrative law, including the norms on the responsibility of employers.
