Annotation

The article shows the features of the realization of the right to fair justice, depending on what rights and freedoms are protected. The purpose of the study is to specify the implementation of the right to fair justice on the example of the protection of freedom of conscience in court. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks are set in the article: to reveal the content of the main international legal documents and Russian regulatory legal acts that enshrine the right to fair justice, to characterize the signs of fair justice, to show the importance of the existence, along with state courts, of religious courts that consider issues of the internal life of confessions, consider the problem of the need to protect the rights of both believers and non-believers, reveal the features of judicial protection of freedom of conscience as an individual and collective right. As a result of the work, it was concluded that the right to fair justice is one of the most important rights that contribute to the specification of other rights and freedoms and ensure their protection. Due to the fact that freedom of conscience combines the interests of both believers and atheists, individual and collective rights, law should remain a universal social regulator that helps resolve religious disputes and prevent conflicts in this area.
