Annotation

This article is devoted to a critical analysis of the legal risks arising in the process of adapting basic general education programs to the requirements of the updated federal state educational standards (FSES) and federal educational programs (FOP). In the context of the continuous transformation of Russian educational legislation, key areas of non-compliance are identified, which may entail administrative liability for educational organizations. The article provides specific legal and methodological recommendations for optimizing the development and implementation of educational programs, aimed at minimizing legal risks and ensuring a high-quality educational environment.
