Annotation
Based on the analysis of modern scientific publications, the article identifies the main directions of the development of Russian theoretical and legal thought in relation to digital technologies and their impact on legal reality. Scientific research methods such as analysis and synthesis, content analysis of scientific publications, and the formal legal method are used. The main theses of scientists discussing the digitalization of law-making and law enforcement, the legal personality of artificial intelligence, the formation of a digital state and a digital legal environment are shown. It is emphasized that one of the most problematic and debated issues remains the possible legal personality of artificial intelligence, the boundaries and risks of using this group of technological solutions in law-making and law enforcement activities. His decision, according to the author of the article, is connected with possible innovations in the theory of law, determined by the application of post-non-classical scientific methodology.
