Annotation
The article discusses a range of issues related to the identification and justification of the influence of technological factors on modern legal development. Technologies
characteristic of the new technological order lead to the expansion of the space of social interaction, accelerate the pace of social development, which determines new requirements for legal regulation. Currently, given the new conditions, there is an insufficient effectiveness of the existing law-making mechanism. To improve the situation, forecasting and modeling in the field of law should be used more widely, relying on advanced theoretical developments. The conclusions of the study: the adequate and dosed use of modern technologies for the development of law can contribute to improving the effectiveness of legal regulation, preserving the role of law as the leading regulator of public relations.
