Annotation
The allocation of protective measures in the theory of law and the state and civil law took place relatively long ago. Highlighting preventive and remedial measures among the protection measures is a valuable doctrinal approach for sports law, based on which it is possible to rethink and revise the idea of legal coercion applied on the basis
of the regulatory norms of sports federations, leagues and other sports organizations. The article attempts to deal with the uncertainty of the existence of preventive measures in the regulatory norms in the field of physical culture and sports.
