Annotation
The purpose of the study is to examine the current state of regulatory regulation of law-making activities in Russia and propose ways to improve it. In modern conditions, the importance of law-making has increased significantly. The transition to the Sixth Technological Order and the active introduction of digital technologies, including
artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, have led to a sharp acceleration in the development of public relations, which requires fundamentally new approaches to their streamlining. Currently, adequate legal regulation implies not only the availability of high-quality regulations, but also their timely adoption. The solution to the problem of increasing the efficiency and acceleration of law-making activities is possible by improving its regulatory regulation. In this regard, it is proposed to adopt a federal law regulating the main aspects of law-making in Russia, the concept and system of normative acts, as well as the main provisions of domestic legal technology. When designing the Russian “law on laws”, the existing domestic experience, as well as the experience of the Republic of Belarus, should be used.
