Annotation

The article is devoted to the study of individual elements of the international labor control system. The purpose of the work was to disclose the content of the regular and proactive monitoring of the ILO (International Labour Organization). The following research objectives © Матчанова З. Ш., 2025 were set and solved: to describe the problems impeding the realization of labor rights; to characterize the main stages of regular monitoring; to consider the mechanism of proactive control; to identify the main content of the activities of ILO experts in the field under study. As a result of the study, it was established which circumstances of social reality can serve as an obstacle to the effective realization of the right to work; the characteristics of regular and proactive monitoring within the framework of ILO activities are given; the procedure carried out by ILO experts is briefly presented. It was also noted that the principle of tripartism is implemented in the process of international control.
