Annotation
Modern legal doctrine faces the problem of finding an effective model of legal regulation of digital space. Attempts to unify Internet regulation are complicated by geographical fragmentation and lack of international norms. There is also a lack of regulation of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in education law and the need to create a regulatory framework for AI systems. The proposed changes include the introduction of new provisions in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation to provide legal clarity and predictability in relation to AI. This will contribute to the legal integration of AI into social relations, the protection of the rights of civil turnover participants and the development of the country’s innovation economy. The authors believe that legal regulation should focus on the relations arising from the use of technology, and propose to consider law as an effective regulator capable of adapting to the challenges of the digital era.
