Annotation
The article is devoted to the study of the influence of modern technologies associated with the transition to a new technological order on the development of law. The purpose of the study is to identify the features and main directions of such influence. The research methodology includes constructivism as a trend of modern post-non-classical jurisprudence. The impact of digital technologies on three stages of the construction of legal reality is considered: lawmaking, the formation of legal awareness, and law enforcement. It is emphasized that the change of technological structure leads to the emergence of new groups of public relations that are not regulated by law, which initiates the expansion of law-making activities. It is noted that not only digital technologies, but also biotechnologies are important for the development of the legal sphere of society. It is concluded that new technologies can contribute to improving the effectiveness of legal regulation, for this they must be brought under control taking into account modern doctrinal principles.
