FEATURES OF THE INVESTIGATION OF ECONOMIC CRIMES AT THE FACILITIES OF THE TRANSPORT COMPLEX (BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE OF THE JURISDICTION OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES)

The purpose of this work is to identify the most acceptable ways of organizing the investigation of economic crimes at the facilities of the transport complex based on the study of the experience of the jurisdiction of modern foreign countries. Research objectives: to determine the specifics of the legislation of individual states containing mechanisms for ensuring the economic security of transport systems; coverage of the results of scientific research conducted within the framework of the raised issues; justification of measures aimed at improving the organization of the investigation of economic crimes at the objects of the transport complex. The research methods were the dialectical method of cognition, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction, special legal methods. As a result of the conducted research, the authors come to the conclusion that the zonal-linear principle of organizing the investigation of economic crimes at the objects of the transport complex is more acceptable for the Russian Federation. The implementation of this principle will make it possible to more effectively manage, plan, coordinate the work of all services and departments involved in the investigation of socially dangerous acts under consideration.
