Annotation
The main idea of the article is to identify the distinctive characteristics of the domestic digitalization of public procurement. Due to the presence of a dual system for regulating procurement relations, the author identified fundamentally different prerequisites for the digitalization of state (municipal) and corporate procurement. The author describes the interim results of the digitalization of public procurement and defines the main directions for its further intensification. The article shows the negative component of a single electronic procurement space in the context of sanctions pressure from unfriendly states, indicates the formation of a new market for services of specialized trading platforms. The author revealed the negative consequences of total electrical conversion not only of procurement procedures, but also of the entire closed procurement cycle. In particular, due to the lack of mutual recognition of electronic signatures between Russia and other states, it is impossible to form an interethnic market for public procurement.
