Annotation

The purpose of the study is to clarify the content of such objects of theoretical jurisprudence as «complex branches of law» and «complex branches of legislation» in the context of related concepts by means of general legal theory. The use of general scientific and private scientific methods allowed us to propose a solution to clarify their infrastructural indicators in the conditions of the existence of problem zones in the understanding. The features of secondary legal entities in the legal system presented as fully and holistically as possible when comparing complex branches with regulatory arrays in the legislative system can be useful not only in scientific and pedagogical terms. Infrastructure indicators of the industry can be used in the practical activities of legal entities, in particular, in the process of systematization of branches of legislation.
