Annotation
The article is devoted to the development of a typology of human legal behavior from value positions. On the basis of an integrative study of this category, it is proved
that the legal behavior of a person as a set of legal actions to implement the norms and values of positive and (or) social law depends on the individual and social system of legal values, the attitude of the individual and the community with which he identifies himself, as well as on the legal status of the individual and the social function performed by him. This allows us to distinguish three types of legal behavior (active legal behavior, ordinary legal behavior, passive legal behavior), the structure and content of which are determined by the value orientations and motivation of the individual in legal communication. Taking into account this conclusion in law-educational activity will increase its effectiveness not only cognitively, but also functionally.
