Annotation
The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the systematization of legal norms in the context of modern digital transformations of society and the state. To achieve this goal, classical methods of legal research were used, including formal legal and system structural methods. The article analyzes the trends in the development of modern legislation, due to digitalization. Particular attention is paid to the systematization of legal norms in the context of the transition to a new technological order and the development of high technologies. The possible risks and consequences of the impact of the digitalization process on the legislation and its system are revealed. The role of systematization of legal norms in the conditions of modern social and legal transformations is substantiated. It is concluded that it is expedient to create state automated reference databases on the basis of specific features and criteria.
