Annotation

The author of the article, basing on the analysis of legal documents and regulatory legal acts, Russian and foreign scientific literature, comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to determine not only the scope of legislation regulating artificial intelligence, but also legal and ethical principles, the so-called soft law, and for this reason to make appropriate changes to the general parts of codified acts concerning the legal principles of interaction between society and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as other types of cyber-physical systems. In particular, the article substantiates proposals on introducing a system of ethical principles of interaction with artificial intelligence, cyber-physical systems and robots in the form of amendments to federal legislation.
