Annotation
The article considers the controversial issue of the admissibility of deception during questioning as a tactical means of obtaining full and truthful testimony from an unfairly
interrogated person. The author persists in the opinion that the admissibility of deception during this investigative action contradicts the generally accepted norms of morality
and ethics, because in all cases it is associated with giving the interrogated the false information.
