Annotation
This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the importance of education and professional training of factory police in Russia at the beginning of the 20th century
in the context of economic progress and revolutionary sentiments. The main purpose of the study is to study the organization of professional training of factory police officers, with special attention being paid to transformations aimed at improving the educational level of police officers, including the establishment of specialized schools for their training. Historical and legal analysis allows not only to identify the mechanisms that determined the training process, but also to assess their impact on the effectiveness of the police in the context of dynamic historical changes.
