Annotation
The paper provides a legal description of the medical rehabilitation of the adult population, which began to operate in early 2021. The authors identify new subordinate regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation regulating the provision of medical rehabilitation at home, including the use of telemedicine consultations. The present work has revealed gaps in the study of medical rehabilitation of the adult population from the point of view of law. Taking into account the current judicial practice, violations of licensing requirements are revealed when providing medical rehabilitation in organizations providing sanatorium treatment, which can lead to a real threat to the life and health of citizens. The authors emphasize the interdependence and interdependence of medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation of both civilians and military personnel.
