Annotation

The article presents an overview of the main problems updated in the reports of the participants of the International Conference held at the Belarusian State University on the initiative of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law. The reason for the scientific international importance event was the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. During a lively discussion, its participants discussed not only constitutional law enforcement in the Republic of Belarus and Russian Federation, but also fundamental theoretical and methodological problems of constitutionalism. From an interested discussion of various aspects of constitutionalism in the Republic of Belarus updated by the speakers, considering the experience of the Russian Federation, comes that the comparative research program remains heuristically promising. Additional effects of the country studies approach in the analysis of constitutionalism can be reached provided by the latest achievements of the post-non-classical jurisprudence using, the main markers of which are meta-subjectivity and interdisciplinarity.
