ON LEGAL UNDERSTANDING, LAW-MAKING AND LEGAL REALIZATION: THE NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP

The article is devoted to the problematic issues of identifying the interrelationship of such legal phenomena as legal understanding, law-making and legal realization. Attention is paid to the factors influencing the understanding of law and determining the content of lawmaking and the nature of legal realization. It is emphasized that the relationship of these three phenomena cannot be straightforward. This is due to the historically established normative legal understanding in Russia, the peculiarities of the political system and current legislation. It is concluded that the theoretical problem under consideration can be solved comprehensively, on an interdisciplinary basis, using the capabilities and methods of not only jurisprudence, but also political science, sociology and economics. This will provide opportunities not only for a more complete understanding of the nature of the relationship between the phenomena under consideration, but also for a more accurate prediction of the processes and results of law-making and law-realization.
