Annotation
The change of technological structure leads to the formation of the digital economy, which, in turn, becomes an important factor in the dynamics of legal regulation. The task is set and solved to identify the main directions of the influence of relations in the field of digital economy on the development of law. With the help of the system-structural method, the changes in the legal system that occur under the influence of the digital economy are substantiated. It is concluded that under the influence of digitalization, problems appear in the legal regulation of economic relations, the role of subordinate regulatory regulation increases with a decrease in the effectiveness of the law, there is an increase in the legal array. Coordinated efforts of the legal community are required to solve specific legal problems generated by the process of formation of the digital economy.
