Annotation
The authors analyze the concept of certification of employees at the enterprise, it is noted that certification is a periodic check of personnel qualifications, the purpose of which is to determine the level of professional training and compliance with the position. The procedure for certification in the organization is provided for by regulatory legal acts. The management should decide on the necessity, timing, procedure and form of implementation of this event (many criteria are already spelled out in local acts). It is concluded that the system of certification of employees today allows you to create a sustainable development of the organization, evaluate the professionalism of employees, remove an extra link in the team that does not cope with its responsibilities. Аnd also, failure to pass certification is one of the reasons for termination of the employment contract on the initiative of the employer on legal grounds.
