Annotation
The main factor determining the development of the modern world is technology. The ongoing processes can be viewed through the paradigms of industrial revolutions
or technological modes, but regardless of the chosen approach, it should be stated that global changes in social reality are currently taking place. Transformation of society generates the need to search and develop tools that will allow to order the processes taking place, to regulate relations in modern society. It seems that the most important social regulator, including in the foreseeable future, will continue to be the law. Its integrative function will acquire special importance, the tasks of which are to resolve conflicts and achieve social compromise; the implementation of coordination and cohesion in society, its harmonization and stabilization. The regulatory, volitional, and axiological components of law have a determining influence on its implementation. The dynamics of the development of the value component of law suggests that the importance of legal values in the process of social creation and the maintenance of peace and unity of society will only increase in the future. In the conditions of global changes of social reality it is quite reasonable to assume that in the coming decades the integrative role of law will become the key one, with a certain
evolution is possible.
