Annotation
The article shows that in the context of the transition to a new scientific rationality, constructivism becomes important for legal research. The features of constructivism,
which is based on the understanding of the constructed nature of social reality, are revealed. It is emphasized that the demand for constructivism is associated with an anthropological turn in science. The expediency of the synthesis of constructivism with anthropocentrism as a direction of modern sociological theory of law is substantiated. The author reveals the stages of construction of legal reality, shows the importance of the subject of law in this process. It is proposed to consider the subject of law as the main link in legal construction and the main element of the legal system. It is concluded that constructivism cannot completely replace the classical methods of legal research. Law is a complex system of an open type, which can be studied only on the basis of a synthesis of a wide variety of methodological approaches, therefore, interdisciplinarity should be the basis of modern legal research.
