Annotation

The article presents an analysis of the law on surrogacy of the State of Israel. The main emphasis is put on the need to resolve a number of controversial issues in this area in the Russian Federation, the desirability of adopting a separate law governing surrogate motherhood and also to establish control over the surrogate motherhood process.
