Annotation
The author considers the methods of collecting and verifying evidence during criminal proceedings by conducting investigative and judicial actions, as well as discovering and accepting objects and documents. The integration of these methods in proving in a criminal case ensures the reliability of the evidence collected is an important condition for conclusions that meet the requirements of reliability. Taking this into account a new edition of part 1 of art. 86 Code of Criminal Procedure is proposed RF.
